Welcome to SupplyChainAnalytics.in. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reader Revenue Manager feature (the “Service”) provided by SupplyChainAnalytics.in (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
To use the Reader Revenue Manager, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- Capable of forming a legally binding agreement
- Authorized to manage content and/or revenue on behalf of your organization or yourself
2. Service Description
The Reader Revenue Manager allows you to:
- Integrate reader payment options (e.g., subscriptions, donations)
- Track revenue metrics from readers
- Manage access controls to paid content
- Customize pricing, plans, and messaging
Note: We do not directly process payments. Third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) are integrated into the system. Their terms apply separately.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and payment details
- Ensure all content behind paywalls complies with applicable laws
- Not misuse the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
4. Fees and Payments
While we may currently offer the Reader Revenue Manager for free, we reserve the right to introduce service fees in the future. You will be notified in advance of any such changes.
Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are your responsibility.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data for operational, analytical, and compliance purposes.
You also agree that revenue data may be aggregated (anonymously) to improve platform performance.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform and its features remain with SupplyChainAnalytics.in. You retain rights to your own content and customer data.
You grant us a limited license to use performance metrics for platform development and support.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Reader Revenue Manager if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform or conduct fraudulent activity
- There is extended inactivity or technical misuse
You may also stop using the service at any time by deactivating your reader revenue dashboard.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue due to platform errors, user setup issues, or third-party payment failures
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms. A notice will be posted on the platform for any significant updates.
