His experience across Swiggy, Flipkart and Zepto spans multi-city supply programs, fulfilment-centre operations, delivery-hub management, workforce planning, KPI governance and continuous improvement. This ground-level perspective shapes the website’s emphasis on practical execution rather than theory alone.
